Comme promis, Codemasters a mis à disposition le patch 1.10 avec les optimisations Xbox One X de F1 2017. Ainsi avec la nouvelle console de Microsoft, il est possible de piloter votre F1 en 4K et en 60fps. Les améliorations permettent également de voir de meilleurs reflets et filtres d’ombre et lumière.

Cette mise à jour comporte également quelques corrections mineures du jeu dont voici le détail, en anglais :
- Safety Car - Fixed the falling too far back.
- Safety Car - Lapped cars will not be able to overtake cars that have lapped them.
- Fixed a bug that meant they could be disqualified when someone behind them did a jump start and drove through them while ghosted.
- Increased the terminal damage threshold from 7m / s to 15m / s. (The terminal damage threshold is the speed of which you can not terminally 15 meters per second is 33.5 miles per hour and 54km / h.
- Ray Ban sponsor on the Ferrari.
- Added Xbox One X support. This includes 4K support, 60hz mirrors, upgraded car reflections, shadow filtering and texture filtering.
- Fixed a bug that caused the delta to stop working during a virtual safety period.
- Fixed a bug that could become desynchronized during multiplayer sessions.
- A red « disconnected » cross icon is now displayed that has not sent network information.
