Après cinq ans de développement, Moon Studios annonce sur son compte Twitter que Ori and the Will of the Wisps passe gold.
Initialement prévu pour 2019, la suite de Ori and the Blind Forest a été reportée d’un mois à l’E3 2019 en passant du 11 février au 11 mars, soit la même date de sortie du premier jeu, cinq ans plus tard. Une suite très attendue qui marquera la première exclusivité Xbox Game Studios de 2020, viendra ensuite Bleeding Edge par le studio Ninja Theory, le 24 mars.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps sortira sur Xbox One (day one dans le Xbox Game Pass) et Windows 10. Une édition collector contenant un steelbook, la bande originale et un artbook sera également disponible.
